Salted Caramel Praline
Here at Thorntons, we believe that good things come to those who wait. And that’s definitely the case for our Salted Caramel Praline. It all starts with our caramel, which takes just over 8 hours to slow cook – a traditional Thorntons process that creates our deep distinctive flavour. Then we add a hint of salt to give that savoury tang, before pouring the gooey caramel into a crisp milk chocolate shell.
Then comes our caramelised hazelnut praline base. Lovingly crafted with hazelnut praline paste, crispy caramelised hazelnuts and milk chocolate – it’s the perfect contrast to our gooey caramel. When all of these flavours combine, you’re left with a deliciously modern twist on classic Belgian flavours that’s very hard to resist.
