in Derbyshire.

Ordering
Orders are taken via telephone; processed, picked, dispatched and
delivered usually within two working days for all mainland
deliveries.
Distribution
Thorntons distribute centrally to the retail estate from their
Thornton Park warehouse.
A fixed delivery schedule allows the franchisee to order and
receive deliveries on a pre-determined day.
Orders are palletized and transported on temperature controlled
vehicles to maintain quality.
