We currently operate over 250 franchises and support these through
our Franchise Business Managers and centrally by our franchise
co-ordinators.
Every store has its own Franchise Business Manager. The FBM is
there primarily to support you and your store team in all aspects
of the business relating to Thorntons. The FBMs main objectives are
to help you maximise the success of your business. They will assist
you in areas such as:
budgeting
product management
merchandising
training
business management
The role of an FBM is one of support and they are always available
to answer any type of question relating to your Thorntons
franchise.
Centrally, at Thornton Park, we maintain standards, systems and
procedures along which the network operates. Weekly you will be
updated; electronically and / or by hard copy; on the operations
through a newsletter.
