Situation: a large regional car dealership wanted to source a new alternative to traditional 'thank you' gifts for their customers
 
We suggested: our luxury Classics in a 'sleeve' branded with the company's logo and contact details. We also recommended that we will send the chocolates direct to the customer so as to save the dealership having to either store boxes of chocolates or keep repeat ordering.
 
Outcome: with the automotive sector being incredibly competitive it is vital to show customers that you will always go that extra mile. We created a 'thank you' gift for this dealership that had a genuine 'wow' factor and the success of the scheme generated fantastic feedback and doubled their customer loyalty.
