The Dessert Gallery is a sublime collection of dessert centres in milk, dark and white chocolate cups from recipes created by the Thorntons Master Chocolatier.

Summer Fruit Pudding

This quintessential English Dessert is served at the Savoy on Derby Day. A fruit layer of real strawberry jelly tops rich raspberry cream, deliciously evocative of summer.

Toffee Mousse

A truly special treat for Thorntons toffee lovers! In a dark chocolate cup the Master Chocolatier has balanced bitter treacle toffee sauce with Thorntons Toffee Liqueur Mousse finished with a scattering of special toffee!

Crème Brulee

If there were a queen of desserts, this would win most people's heart! A crown of crunchy golden Demerara above a meltingly rich, creamy centre, enthroned in a milk chocolate cup. Exquisite!

Kirsch Torte

Fashioned in layers to echo the original, you'll find a stunning topping of cherry sugar covering a kirsch marzipan centre.

Almond Torte

I wanted this chocolate to have a short texture so I added some shortcake pieces to offset of the nutty chocolate praline topped by bitter dark chocolate with a whole almond to finish.

Double Chocolate Mousse

This is everything that the best dessert should be. Dark, rich and dramatic! Inside this rich dark shell is my signature bittersweet chocolate truffle - the perfect conclusion to a wonderful meal.

Lemon Meringue

I wanted this chocolate to shout lemon! Bite into the white chocolate cup topped with delicate clouds of meringue and experience the citrus tang of the zesty lemon centre.

Tiramisu

The king of desserts, so my Italian friends tell me! Throwing my English caution to the wind, I have shipped up lashings of fresh mascarpone with brandy and coffee. Then add Italian amaretto granules. Bellisimo
