these through visits by our Franchise Business Managers.
Every store has its own Franchise Business Manager. The FBM is
there primarily to support you and your store team, in all aspects
of the business relating to Thorntons. The FBM's main objectives
are to help you maximize the success of your business. They will
assist you in areas such as:
budgeting
product management
merchandising
training
business management
The role of an FBM is one of support and they are always available
over the phone to answer any type of question relating to your
Thorntons franchise.
