| Prices and product information |

| All prices and product information
are correct as of May 2008 and any product or price amendments will
be notified at the time of your order. Product and packaging may
occasionally be subject to change or substitution without prior
notice. |

| Discounts |

| Discounts are available for orders
over £150 net. Call our team to discuss on 0845 124 0012. |

| Corporate Accounts |
| |
| If your order is over £250 we can
offer account facilities (subject to status). Company credit cards
and cheques are also accepted. Diners Card is not accepted. |

| Icing |
| |
| We are happy to ice nearly any
message onto as many items as you wish. However, this service is
subject to the products you wish to order and the timing of your
order, so please speak to our corporate advisors for more
information. |

| Reminder Service |
| |
| This can be a useful tool to allow
you to manage your loyalty, reward, incentive and staff motivation
programs. Simply add the details of your event, staff birthdays
etc... and we'll send you an email to remind you to organise your
corporate gifts. |

| Branded boxes |
| |
| To add your logo or company name to
our chocolate boxes, please call our corporate advisors on 44

businessgifts@thorntons.co.uk (Ensure
'businessgifts@thorntons.co.uk' links to a pre-populated email
(Subject: Business Gifts from Thorntons). Please note that set-up
charges and print charges are dependent on the number of colours
used in the printing and whether it's printed using
digital/litho/hot foil methods. In addition, please note that you
will need to allow a minimum of 14 working days between the date
from when we receive full payment, the final image (as you wish it
to appear) and a completed order form, and delivery. |

| Cancelling an order |
| |
| Should you wish to cancel any order,
you can do so within 48 hours of that order being placed. Also,
please note that you must notify us regarding any issues with your
order within 28 days of the order being dispatched. We are sorry,
but we are unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been
notified within this time or if the items have been personalised in
any way. |

| Offers and discounts |
| |
| From time to time we may offer
discounts or other offers; unless specified these are not valid for
any orders where the order value is in excess of £50 (excluding
P&P) or where the number of items ordered exceeds 5. |
